We are looking for a highly self-driven and motivated Business Development Representative interested in developing a sales career in the IT industry with all the perks and benefits that come with it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales qualified leads via telephone and email communication within ICP (Ideal Company Profile) accounts
  • Utilize provided tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify and import prospects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to bring outreach campaigns
  • Deliver on key daily metrics, including but not limited to the number of generated prospects, created leads, calls, etc.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications
  • Ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence


Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Ambitious, fearless and confident (can talk with anyone)
  • Proactive and persistent but at the same time having patience and listening skills
  • Interest in software sales as a career
  • A natural passion and curiosity for the fast-paced technology
  • Fluent in English and able to write and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Great organizational skills and takes a high degree of ownership over overwork
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop your skillset


Nice to have:

  • Microsoft cloud / Office365 basic knowledge
  • Prior experience with Dynamics CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email/marketing automatization tools
  • A self-starter who can work independently
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation
  • Prior inside sales experience, software sales in particular - business development / lead generation / telemarketing roles
